These terms govern the use of the website m3dwnshop.com (the "website"). The website is operated by Meldown M3DWN, contact details in the legal notice (Impressum): https://m3dwn.com/impressum.html ("I", "me").

2. Fourthwall is the seller – not me

The website runs on the platform of Fourthwall, Inc., PO Box 5696, Santa Monica, CA 90405, USA ("Fourthwall"). All products on this website are sold by Fourthwall. When you place an order, you conclude the contract of sale exclusively with Fourthwall – not with me.

Purchases are governed by Fourthwall's terms of sale, which are linked during checkout and which you accept when ordering, and by Fourthwall's privacy policy (https://fourthwall.com/privacy-policy). Fourthwall is responsible for prices and payment, production, shipping, withdrawal/cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty.

These terms only govern the use of the website and the relationship between you and me. Fourthwall is not a party to these terms.

3. Your rights as a consumer

Buying a product gives you the product, but no rights to use the designs (e.g. for reprinting).

8. Liability

Use of the website is free of charge. I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, I am only liable for breach of essential obligations that make the proper use of the website possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise my liability is excluded. Claims under contracts of sale are governed by Fourthwall's terms and the law.
